We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Cory and Benchmark Fence & Deck Co. They did a beautiful job and it was a big project, probably bigger than initially planned. He had to tear down the existing house and fence to create the construction site. A new septic system had to be installed and the well water had to be purified. We wanted pier and beam in the Arts and Crafts style with lots of porches. We drew the plans ourselves and had no experience in this area. He made our dream house a reality. He used high quality materials by negotiating with his vendors thereby staying within our very tight budget. We will use him again when we build our garage. He makes good on his guarantee, we had to call him once after a torrential rain and he was there the very next day with his workmen. You can’t get better than that.
